What we confirm before a game goes live
The field is locked
Written confirmation for your exact slot, with a named contact at the facility. No permit roulette, no group that paid more taking the field.
Real players only
Every name on the roster is a verified account with a play history. We never pad a roster to make a game look closer to full than it is.
Refunds go to your card
If we cancel, you get your money back the way you paid it — not credit you have to spend with us.

How much does it cost to play?
You pay a flat price when you claim a spot — shown up front, no surprises. Cancel in time and the refund is automatic.
How do I know the field is actually booked?
Every kickr game is confirmed with the venue before it appears in the app, including the specific time slot and a named contact at the facility. We don’t list games on a we’ll-sort-it-out-later basis, so you never turn up to a field that isn’t expecting you.
What happens if a kickr game gets cancelled?
You get a full refund to the card you paid with, not store credit. If a game falls through after you’ve already travelled to the venue, your next game is on us.
Does kickr use fake players to make games look full?
No. Every player on a kickr roster is a verified account with a play history, and you can see who has confirmed before you join. We never add placeholder accounts to make a game look closer to filling than it is.
What if a game doesn’t fill?
Every game has a minimum to run. If it doesn’t hit that minimum, it auto-cancels and everyone is refunded — you’ll never drive out to an empty pitch.
Is a ball provided, or do I bring my own?
A match ball and bibs are provided at every kickr venue. It’s part of what we check before a facility is listed, so all you need to bring is boots.
What skill level are kickr games?
